Service Description

Elite Sport Specific Performance Training is designed to improve speed, vertical jump, power, and on-court movement for competitive athletes. Training is built around explosive strength, sprint mechanics, deceleration, and injury-resistant movement patterns—helping athletes move faster, jump higher, move quicker, and perform with confidence in game situations.


Cancellation Policy

All athletes registering for training are entering a structured, high-performance development system. Registration does not guarantee long-term placement. -Approval-Based Access: Big Maz Fitness & Performance reserves the right to accept or deny any athlete based on fit, commitment level, and training standards -Serious Athletes Only: This system is built for athletes committed to improving speed, performance, and results—not for those looking to “try it out” -Consistency Required: Athletes are expected to maintain consistent attendance and effort across all sessions -Parent & Athlete Alignment: Parents and athletes must understand and support the expectations, structure, and intensity of the program -Program Integrity: Disruptive behavior, lack of effort, or failure to meet standards may result in removal without refund -Limited Availability: Training spots are limited and prioritized for athletes who are ready to commit and execute By registering, you acknowledge that this is a performance-based training system designed for serious development.
