This pathway prioritizes intentional training, progression, and accountability.
Access is limited, and coaching is individualized based on each athlete’s needs, level, and goals.

This pathway is designed for athletes and families who value consistency, coaching, and long-term development.

  • Athletes who take their sport seriously and want to improve performance over time

  • High school and college athletes preparing for higher levels of competition

  • Committed youth athletes with strong parent support

  • Athletes willing to train consistently and follow a structured process

  • Families looking for professional coaching, not quick fixes

If you’re looking for casual training, drop-in sessions, or short-term workouts, this is not the right fit.

How Access Works

Elite Performance Access is limited and approval-based to ensure the right fit for both the athlete and the coaching process.

1. Submit a Training Request
Athletes or parents complete a short application outlining goals, experience, and availability.

2. Complete a Detailed Intake (By Invitation)
Selected applicants are asked to complete a more in-depth training intake to assess readiness and fit.

3. Application Review
Applications are reviewed based on commitment, goals, and the ability to support long-term development.

4. Approval & Onboarding
Approved athletes receive private onboarding instructions and next steps.

-Not all applicants are accepted.

Elite Performance Access emphasizes qualities that consistently translate to on-field and on-court performance.

  • Speed, acceleration, and change-of-direction mechanics

  • Strength development appropriate to the athlete’s age and level

  • Movement quality, coordination, and efficiency

  • Power development and elastic reactivity

  • Transfer of training to sport performance

  • Long-term athletic progression and durability
