Service Description
ASHR Speed Testing uses laser-based timing technology to accurately measure true sprint speed, acceleration, and performance output. Unlike hand timing or estimates, every rep is captured with objective, real-time data, allowing athletes and coaches to track progress, identify strengths and gaps, and train with precision. This ensures speed development is measurable, repeatable, and results-driven.
