Service Description

Team Strength & Conditioning delivers organized, coach-led training designed to improve speed, strength, power, and durability across the entire roster. Programs are built around proven training principles, athlete safety, and long-term development, ensuring consistency, accountability, and measurable progress throughout the season.


Cancellation Policy

All sessions are part of a structured performance system. This is not a drop-in or recreational training service. -Commitment Required: Athletes are expected to show up prepared, on time, and ready to train at a high level -No Last-Minute Bookings: Sessions must be booked at least 12–24 hours in advance -No Cancellations Within 12 Hours: Late cancellations or missed sessions may be forfeited -Rescheduling: Must be done prior to the 12-hour window -No Shows: Count as a completed session -Arrival Standard: Athletes arriving late may have reduced training time -Parent & Athlete Alignment: This system is built for athletes serious about development, not those “trying it out” Big Maz Fitness & Performance reserves the right to deny or remove bookings that do not align with the training standard.
